Yes, our tea bags are compostable in industrial composting facilities. If you area has commercial composting, you can toss them in your green bin! 

They're made from materials that break down completely, but they need the high heat, moisture, and microbial activity found in large-scale composting systems to do so efficiently.

In a home compost setup, those conditions usually aren’t strong enough, so the tea bags may not break down fully or could take a very long time.
