How do I redeem my reward points?Updated 2 months ago

To redeem your reward points, please ensure you are logged in to your account. Click on the Rewards header at the top of your screen within your customer profile. A pop-up will appear at the bottom right part of the screen displaying your points and any eligible rewards.

1. To view all the rewards you are eligible for, go to 'Ways to redeem'.

2. Under each eligible reward, you'll find a box marked 'View'. Click 'View' and then 'Redeem' to redeem that reward.

3. After clicking 'Redeem', a series of numbers and letters will appear. Click 'Add Product to Cart' and proceed to checkout. You will see the item in your cart at full price, but the discount code should be automatically applied during checkout, making your total for the redeemed item zero.

4. If the code does not appear, please copy and paste the code from the reward section into your cart. You will also receive an email with the reward code if it is misplaced.

Please note: Since our reward items are redeemed using discount codes, additional discount codes cannot be applied to the same order simultaneously, meaning only one reward item can be redeemed per order.

5. Congratulations! Your reward has been successfully redeemed.
