We'd be happy to help. Here are instructions for how to manage your subscription: 

1. Login into your August account.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"

3. Locate your subscription item and click "Manage Subscription"

4. Options will become available to change your delivery frequency, skip shipment, edit your order quantity, add items, edit your shipping address or payment method, or cancel your subscription.
